Caroline Lancaster rejoined Stream Realty Partners in 2014 and currently is the Senior Director, National Marketing Operations. She is responsible for marketing budgets, building vendor relationships, contract management, evaluating and implementing marketing technology systems, onboarding processes, and creating processes that ensure the team is set up for success and scalability.
Caroline began her career at Stream in 2008 as the Marketing Coordinator for the industrial division and has since held various positions within the Dallas office. Caroline’s marketing knowledge, service-oriented attitude, business sense, and tenure within the industry provide her a strong foundation in her current role.
