Ms. Carolyn B. Sica began her career in commercial real estate in 1986 with CBRE. Early in her career, she chose to focus her energies on representing tenants in the New Jersey marketplace. This ultimately led to corporate clients seeking her advice and assistance with their real estate requirements in markets outside of New Jersey. Carolyn’s skills and experience, combined with the national scope of CBRE and the quality of its employees, as well as the wide array of company services, has created a formula for success in executing transactions across the nation.
