Carrie specializes in tenant representation and leasing office property in the St. Louis market. With over 20 years of experience, Carrie has the expertise to advise clients through the entire commercial real estate lifecycle from site selection, phased development, and property lease-up.
Carrie works with both occupier and investor clients, navigating them through the maze of details needed to be successful in the local office market. Working on both sides of the negotiation table, Carrie leverages her knowledge of the various Class A submarkets in St. Louis to consistently obtain the best terms for her clients. She is an advocate from start to finish and diligently works to ensure her clients’ success.
Prior to joining Colliers, Carrie was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. Prior to joining Gateway in 2011, Carrie was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and was responsible for leasing the largest asset in the St. Louis area - Metropolitan Square at 1.5 million square feet.
Carrie started her career in 2000 with a local development company, The Koman Group. During her career at Koman, she was responsible for pre-leasing approximately 1.5 million square feet of new office and mixed-use developments, which she did successfully.
In addition to her industry involvement, Carrie has volunteered with several organizations within the St. Louis community.
