Carson joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services entering Q4 2021 after graduating from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. When determining his major and career path, Carson decided to leave WSU after his freshman year to work at Legacy-Commercial, LLC in Bellevue, WA for one year before returning to obtain his degree.
During this time Carson was exposed to the leasing and sales process and quickly became passionate about the industry. After earning his degree, Carson interviewed with several firms in the area and decided to join Lee & Associates to take a hands-on approach and be a part of the action day one. In Carson’s first quarter he represented tenants and sellers on over $2.5 million in total consideration. Carson prides himself on maintaining a strong work ethic, delivering clear and timely communication, and delivering his clients with full-service satisfaction in the leasing and sales processes.
