Casey Adams is a Principal of Marcus Adams Properties, where he has been a partner since 2001. At Marcus Adams Properties, he oversees all leasing activity for the company, has sourced new acquisitions to grow the portfolio and is directly involved on a daily basis with the asset and property management of the portfolio of owned properties. Casey also serves on the Board of Directors of Morgan Adams, Inc., a family office and asset management company founded in 1977. Prior to his work with Marcus Adams Properties, LLC and Morgan Adams, Inc., Casey was with Grubb & Ellis Company in its Office Services Group and closed numerous lease and sale transactions for institutional owners of office properties. He has a total of 15 years of continuous, hands-on experience in commercial real estate in both the office and industrial sectors and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
