Casey Waddell focuses on representing corporate real estate clients for many product types on single and multi-market transactions across the United States. With real estate playing an increasingly larger role in a company’s foundation, Casey concentrates on supporting her corporate clients by understanding the effect of each real estate strategy on the overall business, financial and operational goals of the company. Her main motivation during her career has been to show her value and integrity to her clients by helping them to make complex real estate decisions with a clear understanding of their options. She has continued to maintain her great business relationships by committing to putting their needs first and foremost. Casey came to CBRE in 2007 and began her career as a Sales Associate in the South Bay office focusing mostly on office tenant and landlord representation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego and majored in Communications.
