Cassie Coughlin has over 11 years of commercial real estate management experience and is MRP Realty’s Operations Manager. Cassie is responsible for daily operations and strategy for MRP’s office portfolio, and the planning and execution of new service offerings, including Heyday Properties and MRP Passport. Cassie also serves as a project manager for office pursuits and firm-wide technology initiatives as well as compliance needs for both office and residential projects. Before joining MRP in 2019, Cassie worked in operations for a national brokerage firm and prior to that, spent four years at a commercial real estate start-up in Boston MA. Cassie received her B.A. in History and Political Science from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
