Cassidy Bolger serves as Vice President of Development in the Pacific Northwest region, specializing in the Portland, Oregon market. He is responsible for all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, construction, and disposition.
Mr. Bolger has been involved in the entitlement of more than 1,500 multifamily homes in the Portland area and has managed construction projects totaling more than $150 million in his 20 years of experience in architecture and real estate development. Mr. Bolger is a licensed Architect as well as a Portland native with expertise in the Portland housing market.
Mr. Bolger holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Colorado College.
