Catherine O’Toole has over two decades of commercial real estate
experience, and has closed over three million square feet of transactions in
that time. Known for her extensive market knowledge and company
branding, Mrs. O’Toole has worked with a variety of prominent clients over
the course of her career with a particular focus on both office and retail
companies.
Mrs. O’Toole spent the first 12 years of her career at Federated Department
Stores, where she developed the key relationships that launched her
successful commercial real estate career. She currently services properties
throughout Manhattan with a particular focus on Times Square South, North
of Canal Street, and Madison Avenue West. Mrs. O’Toole has been the
recipient of numerous awards throughout her career and actively
participates in several charity events.
Mrs. O’Toole came to Lee & Associates from Advisors Commercial Real
Estate where she served as a partner, and prior to that was a principal and
partner with the former Tarter Stats O’Toole firm.
