A former elementary school teacher and local business owner, Cathleen serves buyers and sellers for various property types. Her goal is to offer next-level service and continue being known as this region’s most-trusted Realtor. Whether it is a first-time buyer, someone looking to purchase a vacation home or a seasoned investor, Kathleen treats each client with respect and helps them navigate the buying or selling process from start to finish. In addition to single- and multi-family homes, Kathleen also specializes in farms, ranches, vacant land, commercial buildings, and industrial properties.
She received a bachelor’s degree in education from Texas A and M University-Commerce in 1986 and earned her real estate license in 2006. She served as a Realtor in North Texas for more than a decade before joining Call It Closed in 2020.
