Catherine Bounczek is a Senior Brokerage Coordinator/Salesperson in C&W’s East Rutherford, NJ office.
Catherine is currently responsible for the preparation of marketing materials, research, landlord activity reporting, market surveys, and various administrative tasks for the team of Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, and Stephen Elman.. In her current position and as part of the Industrial Brokerage Team, she has a high level of commitment to maintaining the relationships established with the team’s clients and landlords and works with them on an ongoing basis in providing activity reports for their agencies and market reports on a periodic basis.
Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Bounczek served as a Regional Office Administrator for the Eastern Region with Hugin Sweda, a point-of sale cash register company. Ms. Bounczek joined C&W in 1992 as an administrative assistant and obtained her New Jersey Real Estate License in 2005.
