Cathy Delcoco is a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, specializing in the corporate representation of clients in the government contracting, media and technology industries. She joined CBRE in 1989 and has continually been recognized as a top performer for the company. In the last five years, Cathy and her team have closed more than 950 transactions, totaling over $3 billion and 20-plus million square feet. Her clients include Booz Allen Hamilton, Ortbital ATK (now Northrop Grumman), comScore, Alion Technology and Bechtel. Cathy focuses on bringing integrated solutions to organizations with robust real estate portfolios, as well as organizations beginning to expand and grow their footprint in the region. Additionally, she brings her knowledge of the CBRE platform and personnel to assignments to ensure that the right subject matter experts are engaged. Her consultative approach provides exponential benefits to her clients based on her focus and commitment to putting their needs first.
