As a lifelong resident of this area, I know exactly what makes it so special, as well as what it means to turn a house into a home. Before becoming a realtor, I raised my three sons here—they attended Richmond Hill’s excellent schools from kindergarten through high school. Being part of the community and active within it allows me to share the information with my clients so they can have a better understanding of the area. While my boys were growing up, we bought and sold several family homes and eventually branched out into investments. I fell in love with real estate and learned the ins and outs of remodeling, rental management, and more. The experience I use to avoid potential problems for my clients.
Through the years, I’ve earned my Broker Associate’s license, ReMax Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as several other top producer awards. I hold designations as a Military Relocation Specialist (MRS) and as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), one of the industry’s most prestigious titles held by just 3% of agents. The expertise that comes with these credentials continues to benefit my buyers and sellers in so many ways.
