As Senior Associate, Cecilia Estevez is a key member of the growing Colliers Urban Core division, a top-performing team in the diverse South Florida market. Leveraging her experience in research data, Cecilia has extensive knowledge of niche neighborhood data, including rate trends and zoning that enables her to make informed decisions and guide her clients to accelerate their success.
Prior to joining Colliers, Cecilia was a Leasing Coordinator and Project Manager for Great American Land Management, Inc., where she worked on a team overseeing the property management of more than one million square feet of retail space and assisted in the property marketing and lease documentation of the space. As a Leasing and Market Research Intern for ACRE in Orlando, FL, Cecilia analyzed market conditions and researched new business opportunities in conjunction with prospect outreach.
