Ceila graduated from the Catholic University of Venezuela with a degree in Industrial Relations. Mrs. Morales is one of the founder Real Estate instructors of TREI (The Real Estate Institute) and has taught approved Florida Real Estate Courses since 2006. She specializes in the residential, commercial, and business opportunities field.
