Chad Atwood began his real estate career in 1998 as a retail leasing agent for JDN Realty Corporation in Atlanta, GA. Following his time at JDN, Chad worked as a retail broker for Staubach Retail Services where he focused on third party leasing and tenant representation. Atwood’s primary clients included EB Games, Yum Brands, Target, Cypress Equities and Justice for Girls.
His time at Staubach Retail Services and third party involvement with Cypress Equities ultimately led to a full time position as its Director of Leasing for the Southeast. In this capacity, Atwood oversaw the leasing for five lifestyle and power center developments. In his current role at Cherry & Associates, Chad focuses on tenant representation.
His client list includes, but is not limited to, Panda Express, Sleep Number, Lovesac, Main Event, Skechers, Lifetime, Cardinal Ventures, Casey’s General Store, and RV Retailer to name a few.
