Chad Broadwell has over 25 years of real estate management experience that spans office, retail, industrial, medical, residential, and association properties.
At Grubb Ventures, Chad directs and supervises numerous property management staff on a portfolio of assets. He is responsible for communication with owners and tenants, all aspects of property operations, monthly financial reports, annual operating budgets, tenant operating expense calculations, onboarding of new properties, and strategic oversight of the commercial property management platform.
Chad is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and a developing leader with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Chad earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Law at East Carolina University and holds a North Carolina Real Estate License.
