Since 2009, Chad has worked in the commercial real estate industry representing occupiers and investors in various investment and industrial transactions. For occupier clients, Chad leverages his background in finance and thorough understanding of the local market to work through lease negotiations and help make their real estate decisions a competitive advantage. For the investors and financial institutions, he works with, Chad delivers educated analysis which enables clients to gauge profit margins and work towards leasing their properties with qualified, long-term tenants.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Chad was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. At Gateway, Chad spent seven (7) years at Cushman & Wakefield in Saint Louis. Throughout his career, Chad has worked with clients including Panattoni Development, Duke Realty, Reckitt Benckiser, Ben Hur Steel Worx, etrailor, Bassik Service, Wainwright Industries, MiTek Industries, Inc., and Cosmos Corporation.
In addition to his industry involvement, Chad currently holds the role of Advisor Board Member for Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Forum Board and is on the Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank & Trust - St. Peters. He is currently a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles County and is a Committee Member for the Boys and Girls Club Clay Bird Shoot.
