As a Florida native, Chad is passionate about the real estate market in a place he is proud to call home. He provides services to both buyers and sellers in Commercial and Investment properties.
Starting off in 1994, Chad was responsible for corporate commercial leasing and purchases in several different states. Chad has worked with investment and second home buyers from all 50 states and 8 countries to purchase property throughout the US.
His regional focus is on Alachua, Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties and includes areas such as Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Wekiva Springs, Ocoee, Apopka, Longwood, Orlando, and Winter Garden.
With extensive ongoing Real Estate training, Chad delivers a unique combination of honesty, dedication, and creativity. He has a detailed focus to provide accurate information and organization. He uses proven marketing techniques and professional selling skills to help both buyers and sellers to have successful transactions.
