As a "people person," real estate sales perfectly blend Chad’s analytical skills with his outgoing personality. Chad provides his clients real estate experience gained holistically from a 25 year career in commercial construction, development, and based in the greater Southern California market. First a worker in the field of commercial construction since high school, he subsequently managed a mid-sized family business with licenses in B-1 General Contracting, C-6 Concrete, and C14 Electrical; Developed several projects prior to moving into the real estate market in recent years. He has participated in three decades of local market fluctuations, was an honored recipient at Inside Self Storage Association for company advertisement that changed the show. Chad has actively participated in leadership roles in numerous organizations over the last three decades and developed a strong elite network both with clients and developers which significantly benefits him with selling/listing clients. He has also received NCREA (The National Commercial Real Estate Association) designation for Commercial/Investment. Having personally owned and constructed numerous properties in Southern California and participated in twenty years of market fluctuations, Chad has intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and market. And as a full time year round agent, he is available to exceed the expectations of his clients and their referrals. <br />Chad is originally born in Buena Park and moved to Villa Park at the age of twelve, where his parents raised him in the construction industry and local area where he has maintained thereafter.
