Chad Hamrick has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Aspire Realty Services in January 2020 as Senior Vice President and will focus on retail leasing, tenant representation, and investments. Chad brings with him 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the company, Chad spent 18 years at CASTO, a privately held, real estate services firm. As Director of Leasing he was responsible for maximizing asset value through new leasing, lease renewals, outparcel sales, new ground-up shopping center developments and redevelopment of a portfolio that includes over 90 million square feet over five states. Chad's two decades of experience in leasing, whether company-owned or third-party representation, has provided him with a wide variety of skill sets that enable him to successfully partake in the many facets of the real estate process.
