Chad Jewell is the founder and principal broker of Austin Office Space. Chad started Austin Office Space in 1999 after seeing a need in the Austin market for a modern brokerage firm that exclusively represents and serves occupiers. Chad enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs and helping navigate the challenges of growth within the rapidly expanding Austin market. Chad focuses on delivering service beyond the traditional broker duties and seeks a consultancy role with his clients, getting underneath the basic real estate requirements to help them make smart business decisions. Chad started his real estate career in 1997 and now is in his 20th year of representing office and industrial tenants and buyers in the Austin area.
Chad has a degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa. Since moving to Austin from his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, he as been very involved in the Austin community. Chad is an active member of Commercial Brokers Association of Austin and has previously been involved with many local organizations such as: Bootstrap Austin, Habitat Young Professionals, TAG, Metropolitan Breakfast Club, Austin Toastmasters, Young Execs and Landmark Education. Chad and his wife have two boys, ages 3 and 5. In his spare time, Chad enjoys playing tennis in local leagues and traveling with his family.
