Chad Koenig is a Partner with Partners Real Estate’s Office Tenant Representation group, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He provides strategic occupancy consulting and representation for tenants with regards to office relocations, renewals, consolidation, sub-lease dispositions and other requirements. During his career, he has represented clients in leasing more than 8.5 million square feet of space, amounting to more than $900 million in transactions.
