Groundbreaking Development was founded in 2013, but its President, Mr. Chad Pigg, has more than 20 years of environmental and economic development experience. Mr. Pigg holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from Indiana University, is a graduate of the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute and is certified as an Indiana Class IV and Class D Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. Over his career Mr. Pigg has played a key role in several major brownfield development projects, economic development transactions, and has secured millions of dollars for environmental investigation and remediation for his clients.
