Bio
Chad Rheingold is a shareholder and the President of Wyse Real Estate Advisors and has been with the Portland commercial real estate company since 2000.
He also serves WYSE as an asset manager and is involved in commerical real estate consulting, investment analysis, property acquisitions, dispositions and finance. For the past twenty-six years, Rheingold has worked in the Portland commercial real estate field, and prior to that, he spent several years with a large East Coast firm that developed, managed and operated regional shopping centers. Rheingold also brings to WYSE a strong background in accounting.
Rheingold attended Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts and obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has been actively involved on the board of the Institute’s Oregon-Columbia River Chapter and served as its 2010 President. He was recognized as CPM of the Year in 2008. In addition, Rheingold holds real estate broker’s licenses in Oregon and Washington and is a member of Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oregon Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
