Chad Schlotterback, a native Iowan, got his start in real estate in early 1998 on the beaches of Tampa Bay, Florida. For six years Chad learned the ropes in real estate from some of the best mentors of the in the area. In 2004 Chad moved to Los Angeles where he continued his sales career in a completely new market. His unique style of customer service quickly won over the folks in Los Angeles, and he became a multi-million-dollar producer every year since his arrival.
In 2012, Chad became the CEO, Business Coach and Team Leader at his previous brokerage where he was ranked number #22 in the nation in recruiting and #1 in the California Central Southern region all within his first nine months. Along the way he co-founded Urban310, a Real Estate Group to continue to take care of his customer base by lending his leadership skills to his talented team of agents.
