As President and Founder of CDT Realty Corporation, Chad Tepley has spent over 20 years in local and national commercial real estate engaged in nearly every facet of the business — capital markets, brokerage, investment sales, acquisitions, and development. Prior to CDT Realty, Mr. Tepley transacted over $1.5 billion in real estate during his career in positions with Jones Lang Lasalle Americas Inc, Cedar Street Companies, Jameson Commercial, and Garrett Realty & Development. He received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and currently resides in southwest Minneapolis.
