Chance joined Sturbridge Commercial Real Estate in March 2023 and brings 8+ years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate industry.
Before joining Sturbridge, Chance served as a Director at TB Advisors (formerly TenantBase), where he focused primarily on tenant representation. Prior to that, he held positions focused on investment sales and landlord representation – giving him a strong understanding of the Houston real estate market as a whole. At Sturbridge, he will be focused on retail project leasing and tenant representation. He prides himself in putting his client’s needs first and executing on those needs with urgency.
