Chance Taylor joined Lee & Associates in January 2018 as part of the Office and Industrial Leasing and Sales Team. Mr. Taylor specializes in Tenant and Landlord Representation, helping clients maximize their time and value by navigating the real estate market through strategy and planning, property selection, and lease negotiations. After graduating from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), Mr. Taylor worked in commercial real estate in Houston, Texas. While in Houston, he acquired knowledge and experience in commercial real estate through the acquisitions of tracts of land and Industrial properties, along with involvement in investment sales and analytical research. Mr. Taylor and his family resides in the Roswell area and enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and exploring the Chattahoochee trails.
