Chandler is a principal broker with Mountain West and a managing partner of Mountain West Montana. In a strategic expansion initiative, Chandler and Mountain West joined forces to increase scale and efficiency to the Montana trade area of the north-west states. Prior to joining Mountain West in 2017, Chandler was a partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS, where he challenged his team to adopt modern solutions, and he also led the company in sales and team expansion. Within the first two years of his CBS partnership, Chandler became one of the top-producing brokers and a face for change representing projects like One Big Sky Center, a multi-million dollar city block renovation in the heart of downtown Billings.
As a native of Billings, MT who has been raised in a multi-generation family of real estate entrepreneurs, Chandler brings a profound understanding of the Montana and Wyoming territories. He maintains an unwavering passion for the Billings community and dedicates his time and energy to pursuing new ways to expand the market by welcoming both locally and nationally recognized businesses. Chandler continually challenges himself and is currently seeking his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
An athlete by nature, Chandler understands the crucial role of communication and collaboration with his clients and colleagues alike. Outside of real estate, Chandler enjoys spending time appreciating much of the natural beauty Montana has to offer alongside his wife and two young daughters, and he also embraces the concept of being an outdoorsman in a state where the options are endless.
