President of Interland Real Estate Corp., a full service commercial and residential property management firm, headquartered in Exton. Involved in asset and property management, real estate brokerage, leasing, investment sales, construction management, maintenance and investor reporting for over 30 years. Managed over 500,000 square feet of Class "A" office, flex, lab and light manufacturing space. Strong understanding of owner, buyer and tenant perspectives, financial analysis, and lease/sales contracts. Provides sales and leasing brokerage services in the office, industrial, medical and investment property segments, serving real estate owners, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors. Participated in the acquisition of over $75M in commercial real estate.
