Charles V. Barton has been providing Tenant Representation services in S. Florida for over 40 years. He started as one of the original employees of Cushman & Wakefield when they first opened their Miami office in 1980. He then went to to be one of the three founding partners of Prevé Liberatore & Barton in 1988 which evolved into Cresa South Florida in December 1998 and ultimately into JLL in 2015. Over this time, he has been involved in transactions totaling over ten million square feet, including office, retail and industrial properties. Charlie has developed sub-specialties in Healthcare facilities, bank branches and law firms and often plays the role of external head of corporate real estate for many smaller and midsize companies. In 2021 Charlie decided to hang his own shingle and focus on a few select clients.
