Charles is a principal in numerous partnerships and companies that own and manage commercial real estate. His direct involvement in the development, leasing & management of over 3.0 million square feet of investment grade shopping centers, office and industrial properties in our region is a notable accomplishment. Charles served as development coordinator of their commercial portfolio, and as co-manager and development partner of a 750 acre master planned residential community and 18 hole championship golf course known as The Ledges in Huntsville, Alabama.
