Charles Hayes wants his clients to thrive after the transaction of purchasing property. With decades in the economic development profession, including twenty years serving as the president and CEO of the Research Triangle Regional Partnership, he has the experience and know-how to get a company in a space to succeed. His location strategy services go beyond site selection using strategic, financial, quantitative, and risk assessments to get tenants where they need to be now and for the future.
Charles is the Lead Associate for Location Strategy Services at Adcock & Associates Real Estate Services. He has been Managing Partner at Hayes Group Consulting since 2016. He is also the Senior Fellow in Residence at Office of Innovation & Economic Development, East Carolina University, since 2016. Previously, he was President & CEO at Research Triangle Regional Partnership from 1996-2016 and Member, Board of Governors at the University of North Carolina from 2005-2011.
