Charlie founded Altus in 2006 and leads all acquisition and development activities. Prior to starting Altus, Charlie was a VP at Vornado/Charles E. Smith and The Kaempfer Company, where he was responsible for acquisitions, leasing, and related development activities. Prior to Kaempfer, Charlie was a VP with Beacon Global. Charlie has an MBA from Cornell University Johnson School of Business and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
