Bio
Charlie Loftus joined Timber Hill Group in July 2025 as an Associate Acquisition Analyst, where he plays a key role in the strategic expansion of the firm’s real estate investment portfolio. Prior to joining Timber Hill, he spent over three years with JLL’s Industrial Portfolio Services team, supporting corporate occupiers across diverse geographic footprints and portfolio types. In addition to his work in Portfolio Services, Charlie was a member of the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Practice, integrating solutions that consistently delivered enterprise-wide value to global real estate occupiers. Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Miami University, with a double minor in Finance and Business Management. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, blending technical expertise with hands-on deal-making experience.
