Charlie, an Omaha native, joined Colliers International in 2016 as an intern in the Advisory Services Group. He impressed the team with his experience, drive and work ethic and after earning his Nebraska Real Estate License Charlie was invited to join the Colliers | Omaha team as an Associate. His areas of emphasis include the sale and leasing of industrial properties as well as tenant and landlord representation of local and national clients.
Charlie is a 2018 ICSC Foundation JTR Scholarship recipient which recognizes up-and-coming professionals who exercise determined commitment to furthering their professional development.
Charlie's previous experience includes an array of commercial real estate practices including property management, accounting, construction and construction management. Charles was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and was the vice president of the standards board as well as the philanthropy committees.
