He regularly advises major occupiers such as Capital International and Mishcon De Reya on their offices as well as developers/investors such as London & Regional, Prestbury Investment Holdings and Great Portland Estates Plc.
Charles has been involved in many large West End transactions including the acquisition of 100,000 sq ft for Capital International at 40 Grosvenor Place and the letting of the 230,000 sq ft Mayfair Place development. He recently dealt with the successful letting of 500,000 sq ft at 55 Baker Street (the old Marks and Spencer headquarters) for London & Regional Properties and 100,000 sq ft at Qube, 90 Whitfield Street for Derwent London Plc.
