Charles is a broker with Crump Commercial, LLC and has been active in the Memphis Real Estate Market since 1979 following a period of real estate development in Chicago.
In recent years, Charles has helped the deregulated trucking industry restructure its real estate usage while conducting his broader commercial brokerage.
Much of Charles’ work has been in industrial and commercial sales and leasing including land, warehouse storage, and free standing commercial buildings both office and industrial.
Charles received his CCIM designation in 1990 and his SIOR designation in 1995. He was the 1997 President of the CCIM Memphis Chapter and President of the SIOR Memphis Chapter in 2002-2003. Charles graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1974 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Charles has served on the Alumni Board of Christian Brothers University from 1989-1994. Charles was the 2011 President of CORFAC International, one of the largest commercial real estate service organizations in the world which was founded in 1989. CORFAC International has 80 offices in the Americas and a market reach to 65 countries worldwide.
