Mr. Simpson specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers with over 40% of his transactions having been grocery-anchored shopping centers. Over his 20-year career with CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers International, Charley has finished in the Top 20 for Orange County in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2013, 2015, and 2017.
