Our primary mission is to assist small and mid-sized business owners, as well as individuals, to realize the full value of their real estate and business. Spickert, MS, MPH, CBI - Mr. Spickert is a seasoned and accomplished entrepreneur, with over 25 years hands-on experience in business ownership, operations and equity & asset transactions. Mr. Spickert provides professional M&A intermediary and brokerage service to his clients. Prior to forming Touchstone Business Advisors, Mr. Spickert held President, CEO, COO, VP of Marketing and Sales and Product Management positions with companies in the real estate, publishing, Internet/e-commerce, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He has served a a Director of public, private and non-profit companies. He presently serves as President of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, and on the Board of a private multimedia health education company.
Mr. Spickert's expertise includes start-up, financing, sale/merger and strategic integration for private company and corporate divisions. Mr. Spickert has led the acquisition and consolidation of U.S. and internationally-based companies. He has led commercial property investment, health education and medical manufacturing companies, from start-up to sale/merger.Education:Mr. Spickert holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard College, as well as Master's degrees in Microbiology and Public Health from Harvard University and University of Hawaii Schools of Public Health. He holds a Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association.
