Broker and Principal Charles Thomas founded Maxim Commercial Real Estate in 1999 after spending nearly 20 years in corporate real estate. Thomas worked previously for such corporations as Federated Department Stores (Macy’s) and The Kroger Co., where he was responsible for buying, selling, and developing company properties, with well over a billion dollars in transactions. Thomas has long used technology as a “Decision Support Tool” in his business for providing uniquely extensive information to clients.
