Chuck grew up in a real estate family and has witnessed firsthand the changes in Oregon's real estate markets - from his Central Oregon youth during the 1980's recession, to walking to his grandparent's house along the empty fields where I-205 now divides Portland, to remodeling rental properties in Eugene - he always has value to add and insights to guide you.
