Charley Will is a Senior Vice President and partner on the CBRE Capital Markets, Institutional Office Properties team in Denver, Colorado. As a leader of a nine-person team, his primary responsibilities include providing brokerage services, strategic analysis, and oversight of all due diligence coordination and production of marketing collateral. Charley joined the team in 2012 (then at Cushman & Wakefield) and moved over to CBRE in 2014.
Charley participates in local community speaking engagements including DMCAR Symposiums, as well as CREJ Market Outlook & Expo events. Charley is an active member of NAIOP and DMCAB.
