Charlie Buquet started his professional career in the Commercial Real estate industry working for a planning and development consulting firm in 2001 resulting in over 160 ground up construction deals and over 200 business relocations in the Inland Empire. Such development have ranged from over 2000 multifamily residential units, commercial shopping centers, office and large scale industrial projects. In 2009 Mr Buquet started his own Commercial Development & Real Estate Consulting firm specializing in international and regional relocation for companies resulting in over 2 million square feet of approvals, construction an tenant relocation. Mr Buquet tenure as a commercial development consultant Mr Buquet has earned his certification as a Certified Plans Examiner and Commercial building inspector by the International Code council bringing a unique skill set in identifying needs of business relocation and development for his clients.
