Charlie joined Unico in 2019 after spending 13 years as a commercial real estate broker. Charlie has worked with clients, specifically tenants, to negotiate complex real estate transactions and assisted clients in developing a long-term strategic plan for their particular growth model.
As Director and Market Leader for Portland, Charlie is responsible for the execution of the asset strategies for the 3.3 million square feet in the Portland market. Charlie will spearhead the leasing of the Portland portfolio and work extensively with the brokerage community.
