Charlie Kolenski is an Associate with CBRE Capital Markets, Multifamily. In this role, Mr. Kolenski focuses on private capital multifamily investments and developing the firm’s reach within South Florida markets. He completed over $20 million in real estate transactions in 2018.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kolenski ran a Palm Beach based family office and oversaw the growth and development of the office’s real estate portfolio, which included multifamily, retail and industrial holdings. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in sales, manufacturing and product distribution. Before working in real estate, Mr. Kolenski was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a product packing company where he oversaw the growth and eventual sale to a multinational publicly traded company. Throughout his career he has worked closely with numerous Fortune 500 Companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Estee Lauder and Unilever.
Mr. Kolenski is fluent in Spanish and obtained a BA in Economics from Providence College and an MBA from Pepperdine University with a concentration in Finance.
