As an Associate at Lincoln, Charlie Legg specializes in the acquisition and leasing of single-tenant retail assets, multi-tenant retail properties, and shopping centers. He develops and executes leasing strategies for power centers and shopping centers while structuring acquisitions and dispositions of single-tenant properties to maximize long-term value for owners and investors.
Over the past five years, Charlie has contributed to more than $350 million in net lease retail transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. He has extensive experience underwriting power center acquisitions and developments, as well as leading single-tenant development, land strategies, and fund-raising efforts for retail-focused investment vehicles.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing his MBA at Southern Methodist University.
