Charlie Luce serves as Managing Partner and co-founder of Casco Real Estate Partners. Prior to founding Casco, Charlie served as Vice President at The Seyon Group in Boston, MA, where he participated in all aspects of the firm’s growth, including the acquisition of over $500M of industrial real estate within the Northeast. Before joining Seyon, Charlie served as Lead Associate in JLL’s New England Capital Markets group, where he focused on investment sales and debt/equity placement across multiple product types including industrial, office, and retail.
Charlie grew up in Scarsdale, NY and received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University.
