Dvir “Charlie” Peretz is the Founder and Broker-in-Charge of his own commercial real estate firm, Cap Share Real Estate LLC. Beginning as a Real Estate Broker in Pinehurst, N.C. Peretz moved to Wilmington, N.C. in 2003 where he became a leader in commercial real estate sales.
Peretz now represents investors looking to buy value added real estate investments. He specializes in portfolio acquisitions but he also in single property transactions.
In the last two decades Peretz has placed his clients into real estate investments that have produced strong and constant returns. While on the land development side, Peretz's expertise has been to identify large land tracts in growing markets, negotiating favorable acquisition prices with solid returns.
Peretz is a client-focused broker, combining entrepreneurial flexibility with rigorous analytics to identify and pursue the best opportunities to meet his client's demands. Peretz actively pursues new acquisitions throughout the Southeast and has the ability to put together a variety of complex and challenging real estate transactions, including multi-family, industrial, and retail. Growing up in his native country of Israel, Peretz served as an active duty military officer in the Israeli Defense Force. IDF
Dvir received the Prime Minister Shimon Peres Best Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1998.
On June 2021, Peretz received a distinctive honorary award from the Israeli Government. This life time achievement award has been given to Peretz in recognition for outstanding pioneering services that saved thousands of Israelis lives in Northern Israel during the Israeli-Lebanon War.(1992-2000)
